We are excited to welcome David Eiberg, winemaker at Therianthropy, for a guided tasting of five wines paired with dishes from our new menu.

The tasting includes the following wines and food pairings by Barrel Heart chef Mitchell Gatschuff. Tickets are $75 per person.

Trained at University of California Davis, David cut his teeth working with exceptional winemakers in France, California, Oregon, South Africa and most recently Ontario.

He is passionate about cool climate winemaking and believes in unearthing the treasures which are the emerging terroirs of Ontario. At Therianthropy, David celebrates the art of low- to no-intervention winemaking methods, embracing organically farmed, site-specific Ontario fruit and wild yeasts.
