Paradise Grapevine works closely with farmers in sub-regions across the Niagara Peninsula to celebrate the unique terroir of Southern Ontario, vinifying on-site at their winery in Toronto.
Their wines are carefully made using minimal interventions, unfined and unfiltered, and are direct and vibrant expressions of each varietal, vineyard, and vintage.
